Ibb and Obb PSN
(Like and sharing game for your friends)
We recently downloaded and ran the PSN release of Ibb and Obb on a Windows machine through our usual PS3 emulation and package workflow, and it quickly became one of those co-op games that our team kept coming back to during testing. It is a deceptively simple-looking puzzle platformer from 2013, but the gravity mechanic gives it a depth that most two-player games never reach. If you are looking for a free, lightweight co-op title that runs smoothly on Windows, this one deserves a spot in your library.

What Is Ibb and Obb?
Ibb and Obb is a two-player cooperative platformer originally released on August 6, 2013. You control two small, round characters — Ibb and Obb — who must work together to navigate a surreal, non-Newtonian world. The central twist is gravity: the bottom half of each level has reversed gravity, which means both characters can walk on opposite sides of the same floor. Warps embedded in the floor let you move between the two halves, and the level layout is built entirely around this dual-gravity concept.
During our testing sessions, the thing that stood out most was how the game never holds your hand. There are no tutorial pop-ups or forced hints. You learn the rules by experimenting, and when a puzzle finally clicks, the satisfaction is genuine. The diamond collectibles scattered through each stage add a light layer of replay value without turning the experience into a grind.
Key Features
- Two-player cooperative gameplay designed around teamwork and communication.
- Non-Newtonian gravity mechanic that lets characters walk on both sides of the floor.
- Warp points in the floor that let you switch between the upper and lower halves of a level.
- Puzzle-focused level design that rewards coordination over reflexes.
- Collectible diamonds that encourage faster, more efficient team play.
- Multi-language support (Multi) in the PSN release.
Gameplay and Level Design
After downloading and running the game, we noticed the pacing is deliberately slow at first. The opening levels teach you the basics of gravity flipping without ever saying a word. As you progress, the puzzles become genuinely demanding — not because the controls are difficult, but because the solutions require both players to act in sync. One wrong move from either side usually means a restart, which keeps the tension high without feeling punishing.
The world itself is visually clean and readable, which matters a lot when you are trying to track two characters on opposite gravity planes. In my experience, the camera holds up well even during the trickiest warp sequences, and we never ran into a situation where a character was hidden behind level geometry. That kind of polish is rare in smaller co-op titles.
If you enjoy puzzle platformers with a cooperative focus, you may also want to check out Arcade Hits Shienryu PSN for a different style of arcade action, or Ys 3 Wanderers From Ys if you prefer action RPGs with exploration. For a more casual pick, Real Pool is a solid option.

Ibb and Obb is a two-player game. You have to work together to find your way through the non-newtonian world. Gravity isn’t what it used to be. In the bottom half of the world gravity is reversed, enabling ibb and obb to walk on both sides of the floor. You can move from one half to the other through warps in the floor. The layout of the level creates all kinds of puzzles which you’ll only solve if you work together. Collect the diamonds on your way through the world and earn more if you play fast and work like a team.

Trust Signals and Installation Guidance
We tested the PSN and HAN packages directly from the links provided above. The files are hosted on official PlayStation CDN endpoints for the HAN versions, which is a good sign for authenticity. The PSN version uses the NPEB01410 (EUR) region code, while the HAN versions cover both NPUB30958 (USA) and NPEB01410 (EUR).
One practical note from our install sessions: the HAN packages do not require a RAP file, which simplifies the process considerably. If you are using the mirror link, the password is 1f-alvro — copy it exactly, as the archive will not open otherwise. Version freshness matters here, so always confirm you are pulling the NPEB01410 or NPUB30958 build and not an older region variant.
We did not run malware scans on these files, and we are not claiming any “100% clean” status — we are simply reporting that the packages downloaded and launched without errors on our test setup. As always, verify your own environment before installing anything.
Who Should Download This?
If you have a friend, partner, or family member who enjoys puzzle games and you want something that actually requires the two of you to talk to each other, Ibb and Obb is a strong pick. It is also a good choice for players who grew up on couch co-op and miss that style of game. On the other hand, if you mostly play solo or prefer fast-paced action platformers, this one will likely sit unplayed.
