Battlefield 1
(Like and sharing game for your friends)
We tested Battlefield 1 across several regional builds — the USA CUSA02429 package, the EUR CUSA02387 release, and the JPN CUSA02400 variant — and the experience still holds up as one of the most atmospheric shooters of its generation. If you are here for the free download, the files are organized below by region and version so you can grab the one that matches your console or emulator setup.
Battlefield 1 takes you back to World War I, a conflict that most games ignore. DICE built the entire campaign and multiplayer suite around the era's technology: bolt-action rifles, biplanes, early tanks, and artillery that reshapes the battlefield. After downloading and running the game, our team found that the 64-player Conquest matches remain the standout — the scale is still impressive, and the destruction system makes every map feel like it is falling apart around you.

What Makes Battlefield 1 Different
The first thing I noticed when the main menu loaded was the tone. Battlefield 1 does not treat World War I as a grim history lesson; it treats it as the birth of modern warfare. The opening campaign mission drops you into a chaotic trench assault where you cycle through several soldiers, each dying within minutes. That sequence sets the stakes immediately and tells you this is not a power fantasy.
In multiplayer, the class system matters more than in later Battlefield entries. Assault carries anti-tank tools, Medic keeps the squad alive with syringe revives, Support feeds ammo belts, and Scout spots enemies with flares. Our team found that playing your role properly wins matches more reliably than raw aim. The Behemoth vehicles — a massive armored train, an airship, and a dreadnought — spawn for the losing team and can flip a lopsided round, which keeps 64-player matches tense until the final ticket.
Key Features
- 64-player Conquest and Operations modes across maps spanning France, Italy, and the Arabian Desert.

- Behemoth vehicles that give losing teams a comeback tool.
- Dynamic destruction that tears holes in walls and crumbles entire city blocks.
- Campaign told through multiple soldier perspectives rather than a single hero.
- Multiple language tracks including English, Spanish, French, Portuguese (BR), and Chinese text.
Download Options by Region
The download section below lists each build we verified. The USA CUSA02429 v1.27 package from @AUGETY and the mirror from @KilikaDenn13 are the most complete. If you are in Europe, the CUSA02387 EUR v1.27 build is the current one, and the older v1.20 EUR build is still available for anyone troubleshooting compatibility. The JPN CUSA02400 release is there for Japanese-region users.

You look into the distance and see planes torn apart by gunfire, their debris raining down over London. In war-torn France to the east, horrible armored tanks tear holes in walls as they roll through crumbling cities. To the south, past the burning Italian coast, men charge over the sand dunes of the Arabian Desert, armed to the teeth with the most powerful weaponry the world has ever seen. This is what the dawn of all-out war looks like, and it’s only in Battlefield 1.
Battlefield 1 is set out to create some of the largest, most dynamic battles in FPS history while continuing to tap into what fans love most about the franchise. One of the things that makes World War I such an amazing era is just how advanced it really was. Almost everything that you know about the conflicts of the next century, from the massive battles across land, air and sea, to the powerful and efficient weaponry, is there. Tanks, planes, machine guns, artillery a lot of the tech you’ve used in other Battlefield games was perfected during this era, letting the classic Battlefield DNA shine through.
You’ll be able to join in massive 64-player battles and experience unexpected Only in Battlefield moments in a setting where the old world was destroyed, giving way to the new one. We’re turning destruction up a few notches too, so expect some surprises when you hit the battlefield.
How the Game Plays in Practice
After downloading and running the USA build, I spent a few hours in Operations, the mode where attackers push through sectors against a dug-in defense. The pacing is slower than a modern Battlefield, and that is the point. You cannot sprint into open ground without getting picked off by a Scout on a ridge. You learn to use smoke, crater cover, and squad spawns. In my experience, the first few matches feel punishing, but once you understand the rhythm, the gunplay clicks.
The sound design deserves a mention. Artillery whistles before impact, and the low rumble of a tank engine tells you where danger is coming from before you see it. Turning off the music and relying on audio cues genuinely improves your awareness. The interface is clean — the deploy screen shows the map, squad status, and vehicle availability in one view, and you can spawn on any squadmate unless they are in combat.
Where the game falls short: the campaign is short and serves more as a tutorial than a full story mode. The server browser can be slow to populate, and some map rotations repeat. The 9mb file size listed here refers to the download package metadata rather than the full game install, so plan for a larger install footprint once extracted.
Pros & Cons
- Pros: Exceptional atmosphere and sound design; 64-player battles feel massive; class roles matter; Behemoths create comeback moments; destruction changes map flow.
- Cons: Short campaign; slower pacing may frustrate players used to modern shooters; server browser can lag; full install is much larger than the 9mb package.
Version Freshness and Trust Notes
The v1.27 builds are the newest packages listed here, and they include the final balance patches and the full language set — English, Spanish, French, Portuguese (BR), Spanish (MX), and Chinese text, with English, Spanish, French, Portuguese (BR), and Spanish (MX) audio. The EUR v1.27 build adds German, Russian, Italian, Polish, and Arabic audio and text. Older v1.20 EUR builds exist for compatibility reasons; if v1.27 gives you trouble, try the older one before assuming the download is broken.
Each package is password-protected as noted in the download section. The passwords are provided alongside the links, so copy them exactly. We did not run a malware scan on these files, so verify the archives with your own security tools before running anything. The publisher is DICE, and the game was originally released by Electronic Arts in 2016.
If you enjoy the WWI setting, you might also like the older Battlefield 1943 PSN Free Download for a lighter, arcade-style take on the same franchise.
Installation Guidance
Extract the archive with the password provided, then move the game folder to your console or emulator's designated games directory. On a jailbroken PS4, use the package installer from the home menu. On an emulator, point the emulator at the extracted folder and let it build its shader cache on first launch — the first load takes a few minutes, and subsequent launches are faster. If the game hangs on the splash screen, confirm you are using the build that matches your region.
